Hizlanlar's production department is divided three areas as tube bending, tube end forming and assembly.

In CNC tube bending area, there are 12 pcs. CNC bending machines. These machines have tube bending capability from diameter 4.76 mm to 80 mm for steel, cupper, stainless steel, brass and aluminum tubes.

B In tube end forming area, there are 13 pcs. PLC end forming machines. With these machines Hizlanlar has capability of process from diameter 4.76 to 80 mm for to increasing and decreasing diameter, segmenting, countersinking, deburring etc.

In assembly area we are pressing joint section of tubes and hoses with 13 presses.

Production is controlled in every phase by inspection responsibles with 3D measurement devices or customer approved checking fixtures.

Production operators like our other employees are trained continuously to develop in technologie.
